DescriptionAnalytical Ultracentrifugation is one of the seminal tools in the evolution of biophysics with a century of technical development. Recent scientific developments, especially in gene therapy, have spurred more usage of the AUC than ever before. In this workshop, we will discuss two broad ways to get the most out of the AUC:
- Best practices and case studies of using the Optima AUC (e.g., methods used to characterize AAV)
- Hardware advantages with the Optima AUC (e.g., multiwavelength absorption detection)
