Please check your initials in the table below to confirm
your reservation, and report any errors immediately to Borries Demeler - thank you! If you
arrive late and miss your shuttle at 4:30 pm, there will be a limited
number of open seats available at the later shuttle departing at 8:30
pm. If you arrive early enough to catch the 4:30 pm shuttle, there
will also be a limited number of open seats available - first come,
first serve. All shuttles will arrive in front of the International
Terminal. The bus will not wait, so be sure to arrive 10 minutes
early at the designated location. The bus will display the AUC2022
logo on a sign, so you know it is the correct bus. All seats have
been assigned based on the travel details provided earlier in the
comments section. If you have any changes in your itinerary, or you
cannot find your initials on either table, please let us know as soon as possible.
Anyone arriving at Lethbridge Airport on WestJet should take a taxi
for a 15 minute trip to either Sandman Lodge or University of Lethbridge.
There should be cabs waiting outside of the Lethbridge airport, but if
not, you can call one of three phone numbers below, or book on the
internet before you depart in Calgary and provide your flight number.
