AUC 2022

Covid-19 Information

We are committed to promoting a safe environment for all participants during the AUC 2022 conference. The conference will be held on the Campus of the University of Lethbridge, and we will have to follow the policies and practices from the University and the Province of Alberta. These policies may change from time to time, in which case we will update this information on this page.

Vaccination and Mask requirements:

At this time, all mask requirements have been lifted on the University of Lethbridge campus, although masks are recommended and single use masks and desinfection stations are available at each entrance.

Covid-19 Testing Information

For participants who are required to provide a negative Covid-19 test prior to return to their home country, participants can obtain rapid antigen tests or PCR tests at the Westside Shoppers Drug Mart in Lethbridge, which is in walking distance from campus.

Travel Information

For participants arriving to Canada from abroad, please consult current Covid-19 border measures and requirements published by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Considering the frequent changes associated with Covid-19 rules and requirements we advise you to check frequently for up-to-date information.

Update 03/25/22: A Covid-19 test will no longer be required for entering Canada, proof of vaccination is still required, which needs to be uploaded to the ArriveCan application before your departure.
